A.具体工作经验要求Working Experiences Requirements：
- 5~years experience working on molding
- Basic knowledge about helium detector
- New project launching experience
- Industrial/process engineering or manufacturing background and orientation
- Experience in manufacturing of pyrotechnic materials desired
- Successful experience in product launching.
- Familiar with project management tools
- Familiar with quality systems.TS16949.
- Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support
- Must be accustomed to working with international teams
B.专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：
- Excellent English language skill,
- Working knowledge of engineering and required
- Knowledge of tooling steels helpful
- Knowledge of Just In Time manufacturing
- Welding, components assembly, gas filling, pyrotechnical material loading and inspection (electric inspection, color inspection, camera inspection, He leak test…) skills
- Project management skills
- Expert in definition and validation of full automated production equipment
- Continuous improvement skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Expert in mechanical drawings reading
- CAD (Solid Works) knowledge
- Minitab knowledge
- Relevant experience in PFMEA
C.工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide engineering support to AMC team
- In charge of all technical details of production process
- Must troubleshoot process issues related to process and product
- Provides support to maintenance team.
- Trouble free launch of new products in line with predefined targets
- Good communication with cross-functional team to support the activity in the plant.
- Supports continuous improvement activities, including APS, Q5 and others
- Designs and plans layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations
- Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for preparing material, exercising judgment in resolving conflicts between customer requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort
- Conducts tests and measurements throughout the various stages of production to determine control over variables
- Services, troubleshoot and solve production process/equipment problems
- Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment
- Provides feedback/recommendations to leadership as appropriate
- Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing material into partially finished material/product.
- Collaborates with other engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
- Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications
- Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirement
- May specialize in the area of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and /or research and development as they apply to product or process quality
- Requires knowledge of all customer-specific requirements
- To warrant PFMEA updating & actions plan associated
- To validate the production line
- To follow up process capabilities
- To audit production line
- To be part of the team or to manage AS100, AS 406 or AS 403
- To support Customer Quality Support team technically
- To participate in 8D report (external & internal)
- To do PLM and QAD Process engineering task
- To support 1P1P with other Autoliv Plant
- To apply APS standards (suggestion, TPM, 5S …..) and Q5
