职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:

1. You will be in the center of our Customer Service, connecting with both our customers, suppliers and colleagues from around the world.
2. Manage and co-ordinate various client accounts, including handling customer orders, reviewing stock levels, placing production order to suppliers, and also monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
3. Keep close relationship with product development team when taking over new accounts and also handling some small developments directly.
4. Communicate with European sales offices to help establish new accounts and maintain good relationship with current accounts.
5. Cooperate with Logistics Department to ensure on time delivery and handle problems occurred when receiving goods from suppliers.
6. Handle all the phone calls as well as emails.
7. Update data in the company’s ERP and Web ordering systems.
8. Provide after sales service and capable of doing paper work.
9. You will be reporting to Customer Service Manager.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position you have a bachelor’s degree or higher plus at least two years’ related work experience of Apparel and Fashion industry. You must speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferably you are good at using Outlook and have previous experience with ERP system for managing orders.

The right candidate has good interpersonal and communication skills, a warm friendly personality with sense of responsibility, patience, carefulness and service. The person should have good sense of details and be good at keeping things organized. 举报 分享
