Job description and responsibilities:

This post is a combination of Buyer, Merchandiser and Quality Engineering function.

Handle various type of commodities and technical projects from the begining (souring) to the end (delivery) ;
Managing numbers of suppliers from supplying, pricing, manufacturing, quality, logistic perspectives;
Timely implement and self-lead assigned sourcing projects.
Research on Chinese supply market to understand the export, quality and raw material price level
Pricing and terms negotiation,
Identify, develop, qualify and managing suppliers.
Initiate and implement continuous improvement on design, quality, delivery, service and pricing.
On-site for product quality inspections;
Order follow up, Problems solving;
Logistic coordination.
Purchase database establish,updating and reporting.
Assistance to Purchasing manager on any other assignments.


Qualification Requirements:
3-5 years experience in sourcing,purchase,quality control activities.
Technical background is preferried
Experience or capable to managing various category of products and dealing with numerous suppliers.
Strong time management
Excellent communication skills (with suppliers,internally, reporting & escalation).
Strong problem solving capacity; able to work independently; able to work as a team member;
Good skills in using EXCEL.
Good English skills in oral&written (95% emails & reporting by English)
Willing for business traveling
