职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Look for and evaluate the brokers, and apply for the customs clearance in different ports, such as in Shanghai, Tianjin, and Guangzhou etc., assure the customs clearance can be finished quickly and smoothly, and handle the problems which occur during customs clearance, such as inspection from China Customs;

2. Responsible for inland transportation by road and water. Look for and evaluate truck fleet, and arrange transportation from our warehouse to customer’s warehouse after orders are confirmed. Make sure the cargo can be delivered to customer’s warehouse safely and quickly, and solve problems which happen during transportation, such as insurance claim;

3. Check the imported shipping documents for customs clearance, and issue the shipping documents for export, such as contract, invoice and packing list etc;

4. Sign the contract with brokers, control the transport cost, confirm and apply for the payments for brokers and truck fleets;

5. Keep close communication with oversea logistics team, our sales department and warehouses, make sure any change of shipping schedule can be notified on time;

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College degree or above major in logistics or related;

2. At least 5 years related working experience;

3. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese;

4. Office software, good knowledge/experience on ERP system; Strong data analytical skill;
