职位描述：

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

To complete the product standards and solve issues over standards between manufacturer and customers.

JOB OUTCOMES

Creation of Product Data Sheets.

Tracking of changes in products / product development.

Communication of NG products with supplier.

Maintenance of products database on the website and ERP system.

MAIN INTERNAL RELATIONS

Sales & Industrial Teams: Will receive requests for customers’ special requirements.

QC Team: Will create PDS in order for QC to carry out the inspection.

Sourcing team: Will prepare New Item Forms for the newly sourced products.

MAIN EXTERNAL RELATIONS

Suppliers:

· Supplier audit to confirm the quality system.

· Unify the standards with supplier.

· Quality issue communication.

Customers:

· Communication on product Change.

· Technical support to customers’ complaints.

KEY PROCESS	EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS	INDICATOR
Preparing the PDS Quality issues Technical support for customers’ complaints Product Database update	· Receive the goods from supplier. · Check with different sources for the function and requirements of the products. · Set the inspection point/tolerance/inspection tools for QC to carry out the inspection. · Update the PDS when necessary. · Keep records. · Communication with suppliers when QC finds a discrepancy against the PDS and supplier does not deem it as a problem. · Check with different sources whether the answer from supplier is correct. · Decide whether to accept the quality or not. If the quality can be accepted, thus a modification of the PDS is required. · Receive requests from Sales & Service department. · Double check with different sources · Provide solution to the problem · Update product pictures on the server. · Update product pictures on the website. · ERP system maintenance. · Full-record keeping	Accuracy Efficiency Down to details

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tools and equipment: Company computer and inspection tools.

Procedures and information: Follow the company procedures and keep information confidential.

Working environment: Contribute to maintain a favorable working environment in the office (5s)

Experience: 2+ years

Availability to Travel: Yes

Technical and Administrative Skills:

· Computer basic knowledge (MS Office Package, ERP)

· Mandarin speaker

· Mechanical background
