职位描述：
1. Cost Effectiveness 成本节约
- Support the reporting team to obtain sufficient knowledge of process and to command advanced maintenance skills, motiving the team to improve machine efficiency and achieve OEE target
帮助团队获取充分的知识和掌握设备维护技能，激励团队提高设备效率以达成OEE目标
- Enable the reporting team with data mining capability and take initiative in applying effective control method and improvement activities to reduce loss in the day to day production
培养团队的数据分析能力并积极主动的通过实施有效的控制措施和改善活动来减少生产过程中的浪费。
- Create a safe environment for people and team to make decision on the development and execution of the maintenance plan to ensure all the equipment meeting the quality standard and improve the machine efficiency.

2. Quality First 质量领先
- Promote the quality culture and assure the workshop is in compliance with GMP and BRC standards
推行质量文化，确保生产工作现场符合GMP和BRC的标准
- Establish the quality mindset, encourage team to participate in the quality improvement project, maintaining and improving quality standards, targets and regularly reviewing quality performance and acting on deviation and non-conformance.
培养团队质量意识，鼓励员工参与质量改进项目，参与质量标准的改善和目标设定，定期回顾质量绩效并采取恰当行动。

3. Sustainability and Development 发展和可持续性
- Ensure HSE compliance of all production activities and develop a safety mindset.
确保所有的生产活动的健康，安全和环境合规性,提高团队的安全意识。
- Sponsor the continuous improvement initiative to create a CI culture, engaging people in the continuous improvement activities.
支持持续改善项目的推进以建立持续改善的文化。鼓励员工参与持续改善活动。
- Take any opportunity to illustrate the autonomous team concept, create buy-in at all levels within the organization, coach the team during the implementation and keep the momentum for the autonomous team roll out.

4. People Oriented 以人为本
- Support the teams to identify the gap, develop training program and conduct training to better fit the requirement for the autonomous team.

- Coach the responsible team to manage the individual performance by itself, within the framework of the company appraisal management procedure to encourage good performance and correct the under-performance and unacceptable behaviors.

- Creating a safe and challenging working environment, developing a good communication horizontally and vertically with the teams and across teams.

5. Customer Service 服务客户
- Enable the autonomous team to manage work order and control the process of production; work closely with relevant department to ensure high efficient production. Fulfill weekly production plan on time to ensure product supply to market.
培养自主管理团队的工作单的管理能力, 掌握生产的进度, 控制生产的进程.随时与相关部门联系, 确保生产的顺利进行。按时完成每周生产计划以确保产品的市场供应。
- Contact with outside marketing, providing related production information and the capability and flexibility of service

Adherence with all Company Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures and to fully co-operate with us in all aspects of HSE and to draw management's attention to any failings or weaknesses in our systems or procedures.

Education/ Experiences 教育/经验
- 本科或以上学历，流利的英语
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Fluent in the English language
- 8年以上的工作经验，至少5年以上食品或饮料行业的管理经验
- Have more than 8 years working experiences and a minimum 5 years management experiences in Food or Beverage Manufacturer
