Job Description 岗位描述:
1.To lead a sales team for national wide local OEMs and suppliers;
2.Shape the business plan for related segment, such as business mode proposal, resources proposal;
3.Manage daily sales activities of team, and responsible for the performance of the team;
4.Key account plan: Support to complete the key account plan;
5.Support team member to do detail sales activities;
6.Project management;
7.Forecast: forecast sales volume and risks of projects and accounts;
8.Report: Report project and activity;
9.Marketing: Collect competitors / customers changes.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1.Automotive business understanding: comprehensive understanding of key factors in Automotive business;
2.Leading people ability: can manage a small team, with 1+ years people leading experience, basic skills of motivate / coach / monitor people;
3.Proficient sales skills: know how to close deal;
4.Good interpersonal skills: can coordinate different people of different functions both internally and externally ;
5.Effectiveness of execution: time management skills to manage versatile tasks.
