职位描述：
We are a well-known successful F&B concept in Shanghai, foreign investment, operating wine bars and microbreweries for several years.?With currently 5 locations and 230 employees, we will go on growing by opening new locations. By end of 2017, we will reach at least 7 locations.


REPORTING LINE:
Reporting to the General Manager of our Group

SCOPE OF WORK:


? To produce qualitative marketing content ( both Digital and conventional) covering the general needs of both our Wine bar & Microbrewery concept.
? To perfectly follow the communication routine, define with the Venue Director
? To become the bridge between the venue operation and the Designer supplier.
? To release and communicate about the news & information of our venues and important announcement to targeted Social Media, Conventional Media, and any other Communication channels,
? To be fully responsible of the Online and Social Media community management , the online news & event posting, as well as all press enquiries and interviews conventional media
? To be in charge of the media and communication plan proposal, Campaign budgeting execution, including the coordination between venue and the design team.
? To assist the production and updates of all press and communication materials, including publicity brochures, handouts, flyers, websites, promotional videos & films, photographs and multimedia programs.
? To be responsible of press database and media relation Maintenance, including regular press research in national & International related fields, and outlets’ info distribution and exposure.
? To be responsible of press portfolio / clipping report, including but not limited to collecting all press references from all reachable sources, article extractions and selections, evaluating the press coverage and communications return, and providing useful info to outlets.

? To be the frontline representative of the company & related outlets to build up and maintain good relationship with press, PR Agency, KOL’s and public in order to deliver the proper information and appropriate images.
? To assist outlets’ guest database maintenance for any news / Promotion distribution.
? To support Venue Opening / Re- Opening with on-site support on
Opening Celebration / Press & Media Management and additional PR Strategy.


REQUIREMENT:
? 3 years or above working experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communications, or Public relation fields.
? Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Studies, Hospitality.
? Experienced in Lifestyle, F&B, hospitality industry, or press & publication in relevant fields
? Strong understanding of the current social media trend and Digital Landscape in China
? Great interactive /communication/ written skill with press & public;
? Able to deliver quality and precise image & message content for the outlets in-charge
? Native Chinese with perfect written and spoken English, other foreign languages would be a plus
? Outgoing with a perfect presentation skill, ability to convince with a strong will for execution 举报 分享
