岗位职责：

1.负责招聘工作,应聘人员的预约,接待及面试。

2.员工入职手续办理,员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理。

3.监督员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续。

4.建立培训体系，实施员工培训活动。

5.管理宾馆人事的档案。

6.完成各项人事报表的填写与申报。

7. 完成上级交办的其它事项。

 
职位要求：

1.具有两年以上从事人事方面及培训方面工作的经历。

2.具有敬业精神和拼搏精神，亲和力强。
