职位描述：

Main Missions:

·Create Quality Assurance Systems for Critical Internal and External Processes through realizing Standardized Operation

·Perform standard Audits, both periodical and random, internally and externally to maintain Standardized Operation

·Establish systems to initiate, follow and support continuous improvement of established standards both internally and externally

·Develop capabilities of problem solving, DOE, and continuous improvement by perform on-hands coaching and providing supporting tools and educations

Secondary Missions:

·Create or support relevant parties to create standard operation procedures of critical in house processes or supplier processes

·Identify non-conformities through audit, initiate, follow and track corrective and preventive actions

·Develop measures to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from field and identify opportunities of improvement

·Develop measures to expose problems of both internal and external processes as opportunities of improvement

·Hands-on problem solving activities with typical problem solving methods like 8D reports, CAPA, A3 reports, etc.

·Develop tools, facilities to support other’s problem solving activities

·Proactive quality improvement actions such as DOE, introducing of methods and experience sharing activities

·Other activities that complies with above responsibilities.

Qualifications:

· Communication skills & willingness of acquire new knowledge and experience

· Quick learner, and Proactive action taker

· Basic knowledge of mechanical processes, and IPSEN products

· knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Lean production and problem solving tools

· Experiences in Process Improvements, Supplier Quality Audit is a plus
