Description

daily communication with agents and and HQ concerning rates/service.
Help support sales, CHB & import/export operations by obtaining the most cost effecting transportation modes.
Auditing vendor invoices (Carriers/Agents)
Provide weekly market updates to customers and agents.
Analyze contracts/rates from agents, steamship lines and truckers.
Inside sales support

Requirements

excellent english
Ability to navigate in Excel and Word
Incoterms
Domestic trucking (LTL/FTL)
Knowledge of Import Air & Ocean. FCL and LCL
experience in the forwardign industry
Ability to answer high volume of emails in timely manner
Customer service oriented
Understanding of basic selling of services and margin structure
