职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 起草、存档整理总经理签发的文件；起草公司工作总结计划；各类文件的分类呈送；
2. 负责召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议，做好会议记录，并检查督促会议决议的贯彻实施；
3. 及时收集和了解各部门的工作动态，协助总经理做好协调各部门之间有关的业务工作，掌握全公司主要活动情况；
4. 配合总经理处理外部公共关系，负责做好接待安排及重要会议的组织与会务工作；参与公司活动的策划、安排、组织工作；
5. 掌握总经理的日程安排，做好预约工作，协助总经理做好与外单位联系的具体工作；
6. 完成其他临时交办的任务。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，设计、行政管理等相关专业；
2. 三年以上同等岗位工作经验，具有建筑装饰设计行业背景优先考虑；
3. 知识面宽，具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4. 工作认真细致、条理清晰、具有亲和力，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调、语言表达能力，较强的独立工作能力和公关能力；
5. 英文听说读写良好；精通office办公软件的应用；有驾照者优先。 举报 分享

In 2012, UFD gradually formed mature professional perspective and comprehensive design solutions for the brand culture in professional fields and the existence relationship in the social environment through more than 8 years of market development, coordination and mutual benefit, and common development, accumulated the cooperation experience with customers like museums, hospitals, hotel management agencies and domestic large financing institutions, and cultivated a large number of professional creation teams. Over the years, UFD has successfully provided comprehensive design services for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, State Grid Corporation of China, China Maritime Museum, Civil Air Defense Evacuation National Defense Education Training Base, Mount Putuo International Buddhist Culture Exchange Center and other projects in the construction process, including image planning, interior design and design tracking management.
