Operational Responsibilities

1. New Hire Process Trainings: Provide new employees with the information required to perform their jobs satisfactorily & build resources to make them as a key member of the team.

2. Existing Employee Trainings: Conduct timely trainings based on the set process TNT.

Desired Profile
任职资格:
1. Qualification - MPharm would be preferred.
本科及以上学历,医学相关专业优先
2. Experience – 2 to 3 years of experience in contact center or with pharmaceutical companies, Healthcare or clinical research organization in a training function.
2-3年呼叫中心及医药领域培训工作经验
3. Strong written and verbal communication. Must have strong interpersonal skills along with excellent training/presentations skills using advance learning concepts.
优秀的书面及沟通表达能力,必须具备优秀的人际沟通能力及培训技巧
4. Independent, self-motivated, catalyst for change.
能独立工作,积极主动,引领变化
5. Ability to manage self & teams.
具备管理自己及团队的能力
6. Information seeking, listening and responsive, creative, think outside the box
