Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain close working relationship with Project Managers, other discipline engineers, construction and installation engineers;
- Act as Project Manager for CSA focused projects;
- Define, evaluate Architectural related materials and equipment;
- Plan, estimate and develop schedules for Civil, Structural and Architectural work in accordance with Project Schedule requirements;
- Prepare and/or supervise Design Criteria for architectural related work;
- Prepare and/or supervise Technical Specifications for architectural related work;
- Prepare and/or supervise Tender Specifications for architectural related work;
- Participate in contract negotiations;
- Provide/supervise consulting and design services to operating divisions or external clients;
- Assess bidders and suppliers;
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Architecture; Candidate for Class 1 registered Architect is preferred;
- Working Experience: 6 years of experience in architectural design, plant engineering and project engineering;
- Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)
1) in various CSA related disciplines (Architecture, Structural Design, HVAC, Plumbing ); In-depth knowledge of architectural design;
2) of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools;
3) of building design, construction, and maintenance.
- Excellent in time management and communication skills, complemented with good work ethics and a good team spirit;
- Open-minded, active, creative, self motivated with a good sense of team spirit;
- Skilled in relevant design software and related tools;
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment;
- Able to communicate effectively using visual, graphic, written and verbal means;
- Knowledge of foreign languages
- Fluent-written & oral English
