职位描述：
(6-month temp position)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the merchandising team
- Input data into system in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare pre-production documents including the contract, lab test report, approved swatches, trim card, etc.
- Follow up production and sample status with factories
- Follow up shipment status to ensure goods are dispatched on time

Requirements:
- Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in the sourcingl/manufacturing industry
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Good communication and organization and skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work well on their own and within a team
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word & Excel) with good PC knowledge
