职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
?Capability of making and adjusting solder paste printing program and printer machine trouble-shooting operation
?Capability of making and adjusting pick & placement program and machine trouble-shooting operation.
?Capability of making and adjusting reflow soldering program and reflow oven trouble-shooting operation can make profile test board and measure profile.
?Capability of making and adjusting wave soldering program and wave soldering machine trouble-shooting operation, can make profile test board and measure profile.
?Capability of printing/reflow/wave soldering process tuning.
?Assist engineer to work on new product introduction.

KEY COMPETENCIES
?Knowledge of solder joint visual inspection standard: IPC-A-610.
?Skills of manual assembly process and equipment: capacitor inserting, connector inserting.
?Strong responsibility and the ability to work cross-function team.
?Skills of SMT machine repair and TPM is must.
?Skills of Simple English communication are desired.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
?Educational: Diploma / Degree in an electronics related field, or equivalent education.
?Experience: Minimum of 4 years SMT equipment or process work experience. Experience in Electronics Tooling design such as stencil, wave soldering fixture.
