Major Responsibilities: - Follow the Project Controlling Manual and all Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) - Cost Control Functions: Run the PMS-Software (Project Management System) Control the interface between SAP and PMS Issue Cost Tables and Cost Curves Issue Vouchers Cash flow Forecast Preparation Capitalization - Schedule Control Functions: Collect progress data from disciplines Prepare the Project Master Schedule Issue Progress Curves - Contract/Claim Management topics Participate in all subcontract negotiations; Develop Claim strategies; Keep claim registers Evaluate claims Database administration (e.g. Excel, Access, Lotus Notes) - Reporting Collect data for different reports, e.g. Monthly Progress Report, IQ-Report, Weekly Schedule Tracking Report etc. Prepare reports in standardized formats Requirements: - Education: Min Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management, MBA is a plus; - Working Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in multinational company or big state-owned enterprise; - Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job) 1) of finance, project planning, budgeting and controlling principles of Bayer, and international standards; 2) of project management, planning, controlling, execution, other general business principles and procedures; - High sense of responsibility, strong leadership, well organized with teamwork spirit and sense of confidentiality; - Good communication skills with a convincing character, and strong analytical capability; - Proficient in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Primavera, Notes applications, etc) - Fluent written & oral English
