职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、通过对渠道的寻找和开拓，同业的资源整合，达成公司指标
2、独立开发和接洽演出主办方、票务等营销渠道
3、完成部门和公司安排其他各项工作
4、与潜在的合作伙伴进行商务洽谈和签约
5、演出票务行业渠道建设、渠道管理和渠道关系维护等合作
6、完成上级领导交办的其他事宜

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经；
2、良好的个人形象及气质，深入了解演出行业
3、良好的职业道德及操守及团队合作意识，具备优良的人际交往和维护客户关系的能力
4、有团队管理经验者优先，有敏锐的市场洞察力
5、优质的大客户及渠道开拓维护能力，有较强的抗压力
