Digital Data Team Administrator/Supervisor

Altium is seeking to expand its Digital Data Team to optimize business intelligence, transparency and accountability. The work of the Digital Data Team will inform strategic decision-making and assist Altium to continue to lead the way in innovation.

Altium is now seeking an experienced Administrator/Supervisor to assist the Manager of the Digital Data Team. The Administrator/Supervisor will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the entire Digital Data Team to ensure that tasks are completed to a high quality and delivered within specified timeframes.

The Administrator/Supervisor will demonstrate the following qualities:
> Proven management skills and relevant experience in managing people, including recruiting and training ,and projects
> Strong analytical skills with an ability to independently resolve complex projects, issues, and challenges
> Adaptable and flexible with a proven ability to manage as number of tasks concurrently to strict deadlines
> Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Additionally, candidates will need to demonstrate fluency (both written and verbal) in English and mandarin and be well versed in Microsoft Office.
