岗位职责：
1.根据项目开发的要求，将客户的要求转化为新产品开发的设计指标。
2.新产品压铸过程的策划。
3.模具工艺方案的设计与结构设计。
4.跟踪模具制作的进度。
5.新产品压铸过程的试制安排及过程组织与工艺调试。
6.按客户要求组织完成相应的文件、产品检验实验、过程审核评定。
7.能独立判断产品的尺寸、缺陷，并进行处理，能进行模具结构的设计、压铸工艺系统的方案设计，具备几何尺寸和公差（GD&T）、质量功能展开（QFD）、失效模式及后果分析、控制计划编制、可靠性工程计划、计算机辅助设计（CAD）方面技能，对模具设计方面的人员要求具备实体造型、CAM技能

岗位要求：
1.、教育背景专业：机械类专业本科以上学历
2、相关工作经验：2年以上制造业工厂项目工作经验及项目管理工作经验；
3、语言：英语4级以上，能与外籍人士用英语进行简单沟通
4、电脑技能：MS Project, Auto CAD, MS Office等
