1、全面主持店铺日常管理工作，带领员工保质保量完成领导下达的任务

1、全面主持店铺日常管理工作，带领员工保质保量完成领导下达的任务
2、根据公司长远发展计划，制定店铺经营计划和管理目标
3、不断完善店铺各个岗位的工作程序和制度，监督检查员工的执行情况，做好对下属员工的考核
4、负责店铺财务管理，控制费用及成本消耗，定期统计，掌握物品保管维修，杜绝浪费
5、合理安排人力资源，不断提高人员素质及岗位技能，充分调动员工的工作积极性，提高工作效率。
6、负责收集顾客意见和建议，妥善处理客人投诉，及时反馈信息。
7、负责检查店铺设备的其他工作情况，做好维护保养工作，并做好店铺的安全和防护工作。
8、处理好店铺人际关系，营造融洽的工作环境，增强店铺员工的凝聚力。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历（不限专业）/高中以上学历，并有同行业2年以上管理经验，有星巴克，全家等企业运营管理工作经验者优先。
2、流利的中文和基础英语对话能力
3、有较强接受新事物及学习能力。
4、具有较强的领导能力、沟通能力和团队建设能力。
5、态度积极、热情，有一定的抗压能力。
6、有较强的服务意识
7、热爱健康生活、健康食物，认同公司文化。

Lizzy’s All Natural was founded by Lizzy, an American Holistic Health Coach in 2014. We sell superfood smoothies, and a whole menu of raw , fresh and vegetarian . We aim to be leaders in the Shanghai wellness movement by making the best quality health foods available and by sharing education and information with the community. Lizzy's All Natural is a business built on love and passion for creating positive change around food and health in China.
We will have 3 total shops in Jing’an and 1 in Xuhui.We are currently opening up our 4th Smoothie Bars. In 2017 we will open 1-2 more shops in Puxi. We are a growing company and looking for team members who are committed to growing with us.
