岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 编制各类采购报表（公司月报，集团月报，年度数据汇总，KPI报表等）。
Prepare various purchasing reports (incl. monthly report of the company and the group, annual data summary, KPI report etc.)
- 不断优化部门数据库，确保数据质量符合要求。
Constantly optimize departmental database, ensure the data quality to meet the requirements.
- 按SAP操作流程，维护修改SAP供应商主数据，材料主数据等，确保数据准确性。
According the SAP process, maintain and modify SAP vendor data, material data etc., to ensure data accuracy.
- 支持小组编制采购预算，支持提供预算跟踪回顾、偏差分析、及时调整时的报表。
Support to prepare the purchasing budget, and prepare the regular report to support the team to review, analyse deviation, promptly adjust the budget.
- 负责采购物料发票及时入账，确保发票安全性，配合仓库库存管理。
Responsible for booking accounts of material invoice, ensure invoice security, cooperate with warehouse inventory management.
- 有责任按照公司各项程序文件和管理规定要求开展工作。
Have a responsibility to carry out work in accordance with company's procedures and rules.
- 工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施并同时向上级反映。
Promptly take effective measures when deviation or deregulation is found, meanwhile report to the superior.
- 确保将公司的ISO14000和OHSAS18000中相关要求被确切传递到涉及的供应商。
Ensure relevant requirements of ISO14001&OHSAS18001 to be exactly transferred to involved suppliers.
- 完成部门经理交办的临时任务。
