Salesmen加盟专员

for Franchise Development

They will be in charge of the development of our franchisees network for our children stores concept.

工作内容：负责童装加盟客户的开发和维护

- Selection of appropriate candidates选择合适有资历的加盟商

- Explanation of our System and contractual conditions.深刻了解我们的品牌加盟条件，可以详细介绍。

- Take part to negotiations with franchisees与加盟商谈判合作条件

- Organize Franchising Meetings.组织加盟商会议

- Cooperation with the other developers in the team.和其它加盟专员合作

Qualifications任职资格

- At least 3 years experience in the development of The Franchisees in the Children Apparel in PR China.至少在国内有3年的童装加盟经验

- Perfect knowledge of Franchising System.了解加盟体系

- Able to develop new markets/customers and close negotiations. 能够开发加盟客户，口头表达能力强

- Must have own data base.必须有自己的加盟资源

- Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills优秀的逻辑思维能力和谈判技巧

- Good Team Spirit团队合作精神

- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office.办公室软件熟练

- Live in Shanghai居住在上海
