Job Description:

1.公司商务相关协议、合同的起草和审核。
Draft and check the business operating contracts or agreement.
2.为业务部门提供专业的商务意见，回避收汇风险。
Provide the professional business suggestion for avoid the risk of foreign exchange.
3.跟踪合同履行的进度，跟进合同回款情况。
Follow the Contract progress and the related receivable .
4.采购订单下单，跟踪采购和销售订单的执行和完成情况。
Make the Purchase Order & Sales Order and follow up
5.协调沟通，处理解决订单中出现的各种问题。
Communicate and solve a variety of problems that arise in the orders.
6.负责与客户、供应商的联络与沟通。
Contact and communicate with the customers and suppliers.
7.客户和供应商信息的收集、分析及档案资料的管理。
Collect the information for the customers and suppliers, file and analysis.
8.执行公司商务管理相关事宜,完善商务流程。
Implement and complete company business process.
9.协调本部门与公司内部相关部门的衔接与日常工作的配合。
Coordinate & Cooperate internal related department daily work
10.协助SAP系统上线。
Assist the SAP system on line.
11.贯彻及执行公司总体目标、规划及负责团队建设，保证部门计划稳定有效实施。
Implement and execute company goal, responsible team building and the department plan.
12.完成领导分配的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements;
1.大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类专业优先。
College or above, major in international trade or business English is preferred.
2.3年以上商务相关领域工作经验。
More than 3 years related working experience.
3.英语及计算机运用熟练，了解SAP者优先。
Skillful in English and computer, understand the process of SAP is preferred.
4.工作认真负责，注重团队合作精神，具有良好的沟通能力。
Professional attitude, well organized in structure arrangement and ability to get along well with colleagues.
