POSITION SUMMARY
* To support the Sales organization in all administrative and business aspects with the objective to ensure achievement of sales targets.
* To support the Hoca Capital Trade Networks group with pricing analysis result.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* SALES PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
- Collect and analyze sales performance and customer-related data from various internal and external sources to ensure effective planning of sales strategies to obtain revenue targets.
* SALES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES
- Provide administrative support for the sales organization; coordinate meetings;
- Input into various systems and models sales information such as goals, account-related processing, discounts and pricing, as requested by sales manager;
- Identify sales leads to enhance programs’ effectiveness and to ensure strong account development, as well as to ensure that annual revenue goals are met against objectives.
* SALES COMMUNICATION
- Management concerns and other information to the appropriate departments within Hoca Capital;
- Provide information to Management on goal adjustments, territory alignments, and sales professional revenue goals and variable compensation plan;
- Prepare sales promotional materials, customer communication and proposals for presenting to customers to enhance account development and to ensure that revenue goals are met.
* REPORTING
- Prepare reports on sales performance against revenue objectives, sales productivity;
- Calculate and prepare quarterly payouts; source various performance and trend analysis reports;
- Create, compile and condense management and trend reports for presentations at the officer and director level;
- Assist all sales professionals and Managers reporting responsibility to ensure coordination with the regional sales plan, goals and objectives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
-1-3 years working experience as assistance ;
-Language Skills:Excellent English communications skill (oral Comprehension, reading, writing and speaking) as well as translation Competency;
-Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, especially in Lotus Notes, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
