Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Branding & Communication

• Work closely with Global Marketing Communications Team to ensure brand identity is consistent across the globe
• Play in active role in building brand awareness and presence in China and Taiwan
• Liaise with internal and external creative house to develop sales tool /collaterals
• Organize seminars/roadshows/exhibitions/sales promotion

• Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
• Develop social media and digital marketing platform, ensuring full integration with all other efforts across company’s portfolio
• Lead and execute development of China e-commerce site to support changing business environment with both internal resources and external vendor

• Marketing Plan Development & Execution

• Develop marketing plans/programs with strategies and tactics to accelerate sales penetration in line with business plan

• Local execution of marketing programs
• Manage A&P fund resourcefully to achieve high impact on sales growth and ROI
• Track post-promotion marketing results

• Sales Support

• Work closely with sales team to collectively establish targeted sales and marketing programs to maximize penetration of products into key markets, customers & channels
• Support sales channels with appropriate sales aids in line with marketing programs and ensuring our channel partners branding efforts are in line

• Market Analysis

• Support Global Market Intelligence team with market research and analysis work
• Maintain close familiarity with changing market conditions & competitive dynamics through regular contact with key & potential customers, channel partners and market research

Professional Qualifications

• Degree holder
• min 3 years experience in marketing of industrial products, preferably in a MNC environment
• strong oral & written communication skills in English and Mandarin
