职位描述：

主要工作职责
1、在非正常工作时间内操作和管理所有大楼机械/电气设备

2、熟悉大楼的水处理、锅炉、空调、机械/电气系统

3、能保养和维修各种管道及卫生器具

4、能处理故障和紧急事件

5、配合与协调其他部门完成工程上的一些事情

6、安全考虑和安全操作

7、积极完成直接主管或上一级主管下达的其它随机任务并交付期望的任务完成结果

任职要求

1.大楼机械设备知识，熟悉楼宇系统 （水处理，锅炉，空调，机械/电气）

2.管理能力，协调能力，处理故障和紧急事件；

3. 安全考虑和安全操作

4.大专或以上

5. 5年及以上工程管理经验

6. 诚实；正直；镇定；良好的人际关系；善于在压力下工作；团队精神
