职位描述：
一、职责
1. 协助生产经理完成年度生产计划
To assist the production manager to complete the annual production planning.
2. 负责水性蜡车间的日常操作，例如周生产计划的制定，标准操作规程的编写等
Be responsible for water base wax production, such as production weekly plan, SOP and routine job.
3. 确保标准操作规范的执行及培训员工
Ensure that SOP implemented and training operator.
4. 充分利用生产能力，努力提高生产量，达到合理标准
Look after to utilize production capacity in best way and strive for promoting productivity to reasonable standard.
5. 管理及操作去离子水系统
Conduct and operate the R/O system.
6. 建立车间的5S标准，并执行
Establish 5S standard of production and implemented. .
7. 配合公司环境和安全方面的要求，做好生产车间环境和安全工作；
Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams and by conducting laboratory or plant safety audits.

二、技能要求
1. 熟练使用办公软件
Good at Microsoft Office software.
2. 3-5年石油、化工行业经验，有过管理人员经验者优先
At least 3-5 years working experience in chemical industry.
3. 安全相关经验和培训
Experience and training in safety.
4. 必须居住在青浦区，适应生产班次轮换
