职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare and coordinate the financial budget and strategic planning process
- Design, optimize and review internal controlling reports
- Deliver required information to MD and Regional HQ as requested (comparison actual vs. budget, deviation analysis, to be able to challenge all parties involved on a sound data base)
- Build up, implement and enforce comprehensive company-wide controlling policies
- Identify and develop required improvements, initiate relevant projects
- Ensure State of the Art information as a basis for restructuring measure
- Cooperate and coordinate closely with the MD of company and the Group Financial Controller
- Carry out bank and cash management
- Implement Treasury guidelines prescribed by HQs in Singapore and Austria
- Preparation and monitoring of investment budget in coordination with MD and Group Financial Controller Leading role pre-acquisition phase & PMI-process
- Control expenses and cost center level
- Ensure correct implementation of IT processes as per group guidelines
- Lead IT department at company level in accordance with Group Policy
- Preparation of legal documents as per local legislation
- Lead the higher-level finance function incl. coordination of the entire administrative part of the financial system (Balances, Accounting) of all branches
- Ensure strict adherence to Group Accounting Standards
- Ensure all accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Ensure delivery of financial/annual reports.
- Control and monitor of cash situation and secure liquidity of company.


Basic Requirment

- University degree in business or related major
- 10+ years business experience in Finance
- Comprehensive expertise as Finance Manager/Controller experience in management and leadership of medium-sized companies preferred
- Excellent knowledge of finance instruments, esp. IFRS, Integrated cash management system (ICMS) and local accounting guidelines
- proven background with small tool making corporate
- Experience in leadership of networks
