职位描述：
? 根据订单信息，安排国内客户的物流运输及相关单据及发票申请。
? 协调与第三方物流仓库的日常进出库工作，监督仓库标准化操作流程，核对月报，及年度仓库盘点。
? 协调NATUREX国外各工厂的订单(工厂分别位于法国，瑞士，英国，美国，澳大利亚等地)，跟踪货物从国外工厂到国内港口的各个环节；安排货物进仓
? 及时联系国外工厂，跟踪订单状况，按照客户的要求确认航班及船期，跟进按时发货，及时提供准确的单证信息；
? 处理从美国及欧洲各国进口货物的清关及其相关事宜；
? 填制进口货物的清关文件，做到及时，完整，准确；

岗位要求：
? 国际贸易及物流相关专业专科及以上
? 有1到2年物流及进口清关方面的工作经验
? 能够同时处理多项任务，具备一定的抗压能力
? 有较强的团队合作及客户服务意识
? 有良好的沟通能力及协调能力
? 有较好的英语读写能力
? 做事细致、高效、有条理，时间观念强
? 熟悉ERP系统者优先

To reinforce our Logistic team, Naturex is recruiting a Import logistic assistant.

Job Specifications:
-Place new PO and follow up shipments from NATUREX overseas factory to China main ports
-Coordinate with overseas factory on daily basis , confirm shipping schedule according to customer requests, follow up the shipping documents.
-Importation procedures from Europe and USA to China
-Documents preparation and verification for the custom clearance and monitor the whole procedure.
-Knowledge of china custom operations, principles, regulations and practices
-Organize daily transportation to domestic customers located in mainland china, provide customized on-time delivery.
-Liaise with the local forwarding agents, transporters for all the logistics issues
-Translation of documents from English to Chinese

Job Requirement:
- College graduate with major in international trade business or equivalence
- 1-2 years’ experience in logistic, importation and custom clearance related function.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
- Team work and customer service oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- can reply email in English
- Accuracy, organized personality, time management and efficiency is required
