职位描述：
Main responsibilities include the following:
1.Responsible for supplier audit and improvement as requested by group companies.
2.Responsible for supplier project/PPAP/trial run audit and OTS/PPAP approval;
3.Responsible for supplier system improvement activity or audit;
4.Review supplier parts development schedule and the APQP progress tracking;
5.Review drawings deliver product features, experimental requirements, measurement methods and so on to the supplier;
6.Review process flow chart, P - FMEA and control plan of important parts supplier, identify risk points and the control method;
7.Participate in the review the sample piece, collect and submit the OTS report;
8.Review and approve supplier tooling mould and measuring tool fixture;
9.Responsible for new project on-site PPAP audit, confirm the supplier quality control capability;
10.Responsible for confirm the site capacity of suppliers, make sure it could be delivery smoothly;
11.Or other regular audit required related to purchasing activity includes this line transfer audit;

Personnel Quality Required:
1.Engineering background, more than 10 years supplier management or quality management experience in the automotive industry, micro-motors preferred.
2.Be familiar with ISO/TS quality system requirements, be familiar with QS, VDA or FORMEL Q management standards;
3.With professional skills , such as actuators, injection molding, stamping die, mould development, be familiar with all kinds of quality statistics and control tool, and has the rich on-site audit and the ability to deal with the problem, and can be guidance for supplier quality improvement.
4.Fluent English is a must;
5.Adapt to frequent business trips;
6.High pressure resistance, has the good team cooperation spirit;
