岗位职责：

1.时刻以大局出发维护公司形象，礼貌大方的与客户沟通

2.熟悉业务运作，能在短时期内掌握公司产品知识，了解产品售后服务范围，分管售后服务的全面工作

3.受理客户投诉，跟踪商品售后信息，做好客户回访工作

4.接受和处理客户的投诉并及时向相关部门反馈

5.定期像上级汇报工作情况，完成上级交办的其他工作任务

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有2年以上售后服务工作经验

2.形象气质较好，头脑灵活，思维敏捷，能与客户之间良好沟通

3.学习能力较强，能在短时期内了解公司产品及业务运作

4.大学英语4级及以上，书写和口头表达能力较好

Krebs Trading(Ningbo)Co., Ltd is a joint venture company whose objective will be to bundle the various brands - representing different quality levels and thus segments of the market ranging from DIY through semi-professional to full professional power tools - from the group and develop respective ranges - find sourcing solutions and through own warehousing offer a one stop supply solution for customers globally.

Krebs Trading(Ningbo)Co., Ltd - Shanghai branch is the front office for Krebs Trading(Ningbo) Co., Ltd. The Shanghai branch will handle all activities of the company from its modern offices in SOHO Zhongshan plaza,Changning district. It is closed to the inner ring viaduct and Yan’an viaduct, 15mins driving from center of the city, 10mins driving from Hongqiao airport& train station,close to metro station of line 3,4 and 10.

公司福利方面
1.每周做五休二，早上9点至晚上6点，每天工作8小时，其中1小时为午饭时间（午饭饭贴12元/天）。
2.公司为外地城镇户口员工缴纳五险+公积金，外地农村户口员工缴纳3险+公积金。
3.节假日根据国家规定执行放假天数。
