Leader of the technical team
? Technical project lead. Develop and improve customer relationships and communication of all technical issues
? Product requirement analysis according to customer request
? Prescription and definition of the development targets (Specification)
? Analysis of the given product specifications and derivation of possible solutions in coordination with Application Design and Core
? Product definition for the appropriate customer projects together with global project management
? Structuring of all arising design tasks and carrying out with Design and Testing
? Determination of the necessary development capacities and –costs together with Design, Testing and Prototype Shop
? Creation and supervision of the action plans for Engineering
? Preparation of technique activities for the reviews
? Create DVP&R and communicate it with customer for sign off
? Achieving of the internal technical release for PV, arranging deviated quantity parts for Engineering matters in due time.
? Involve in product DFMEA as interface with global inflator design team
? Product definition for customer samples
? Handling of data files (data exchange)
? Clarification and definition of test plans for internal / external prototypes with the customer
? Secure the GDPIM conformity for technique activities
? Releasing of products for homologation testing (BAM, 6C in China, Homologation)
? Secure the definition of COP test plans prior to SOP.
? Arranging of customer information for new product planning developments
? Cooperation at customer complaint analysis
? Analysis of the weak points from series production and field experience at the customer
? Applying of lessons learned / best practices
? Conversion of VA/VE-measures
Tasks:
? Coordination between TRW Xi’an plant / TRW Aschau Airbag Systems
? Support of development and design improvement of inflators and actuators
? Product support from concept phase to serial production
? Coordination and accomplishment of development processes acc. to GDPIM
? Customer contacts to China customers
? Networking China / European inflator team
? Technical support to TDAIC serial production
Key Competencies:
Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
? Mechanical / electrical engineer ( Bachelor / Master degree)
? English knowledge, fluency in both written and spoken, as interface are mostly external and international Knowledge in German language appreciated
? Technical background in airbag systems / gas generators
? Strong character / stable personality

The Company which integrates braking system, steering & suspension system, occupant safety system, electronic control system and engineering fastener component system, is the Technology Center of TRW Asia Pacific region and will provide technical support to TRW affiliated companies and external customers in this region as well.

January 2014， the Technology Center moved from Cao Hejing to Jiading which is a world class R&D Center with 600 professional engineering staffs who could meet the Asia Pacific area engineering needs from core development, application, product design, system application, CAE&NVH, testing and prototype to verification and validation. And we will expand to 1200 staffs in the next decade.
