职位描述：
To provide mechanical engineering service and maintenance to utility systems that ensures that all systems and services operate smoothly to compliant with the design performance.
为所负责的共用系统及设施提供工程服务以保证系统及相关设施完好运行达到设计要求。

Key Responsibilities岗位描述:
1. To ensure that all mechanical/electrical equipment and facilities are in a good condition and ready to operate at optimum levels at all times;保证所有机械/电气设备及设施高效平稳运行。
2. Maintain equipment and facility in line with current Chinese and gsk standards and legislation. 根据当前的中国法规及GSK标准对公用设备和设施进行维护
3. Provide solution for equipment problem in running or maintenance and solve it in time. 及时有效的处理设备运行，维修中的技术问题。
4. To implement planned preventative maintenance and other maintenance work in compliance with Group and local policies in conjunction with team leader timely ;
与主管配合按集团及中国政策要求完成预防性维护工作及其他维护任务。
5. Ensure HVAC and related system（Chilled/Cooling W，LPHW） run in a good and reliable condition, And continual improvement and optimization
确保暖通空调及相关系统(冷冻/却水，空调热水系统)运行良好并可靠，同时不断改进和优化该系统
6. To manage discipline spares to maintain an agreed level.
维持合理数量的专业工程备件。
7. To ensure that all SOP’s are in place and in use to ensure that there is a successful outcome to all technical audits;.
确保所有SOP得到遵循以确保成功通过各项技术审计。
8. To identify training needs that would enhance job performance and career development;
参与旨在提高工作技能及有利于职业发展的培训。
9. To identify cost and efficiency improvements across the site 参与改进项目
10. Working follow-up EHS policy 工作中遵循EHS政策
11. Carry out all assigned work in time 完成主管安排的其他日常工作。

College degree or higher in mechanical/HVAC Engineering. 大专以上机械自动化,电子或工程相关专业毕业
Minimum 3 years of utility working experience. 3年公用设施维修经验
Business level reading / written skills in English. 英语商务读、写技能
