Job Responsibilities:
Organize training programs and manage distributors and agents selling activities
Build a solid project pipeline with detailed opportunity knowledge
Education and awareness for potential trends, customers and influencers
Maintaining a positive attitude towards all aspects of his/her job
Resolving conflicts through compromise without jeopardizing personal ethics or company interest
Filling new and open territories and segments with qualified channels
Utilizing available market information to effectively steer his/her activities to develop the customer platform
Develop relationships with developers, contractors and architects
Collect and Analyze market information regarding project ,competitor s activities , pricing etc.
Process and communicate competitive intelligence to the organization
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, majoring in Engineering
More than 5 years working experience of sales in construction material field
Aggressive with strong drive of sales
Customer focus & follow up and strong problem solving ability
Good presentation,interpersonal,communication skills;
Ability to take challenge and work under pressure;
Positive, proactive and good time management skill;
