Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
主要工作职责及岗位描述

? Base on China Chemical and industry market to sale valve product; establish sale objectives with the end users, especially the international customers. Sales model will be MRO sales and project sales.
? 基于中国化工及工业市场销售阀门产品，与最终用户建立销售联系，尤其是国际公司客户，销售模式为备件销售和项目销售。

? Conducts on-site customer visits with new and existing customers. Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers, prospects successfully to expand the customer base.
? 积极进行现有客户以及新客户现场拜访，管理好现有客户销售额并能够成功开发新的客户。

? Forecasts, prospects, and bids for new business to include customers, markets, and additional service opportunities.
? 积极预测并参与新的业务机会，包括客户、市场、以及新增的客户服务机会。

? Maintains existing and builds new customer partnerships. Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
? 维护好现有客户并积极打造新的客户合作关系，与客户决策者及各级人员都要保持良好关系。

? Partners with customers, vendors, Credit, and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues.
? 与客户、供应商以及内部各部门密切合作迅速满足客户需求。

? Identifies customer products needs to prepare quotes for customers and coordinates execution of orders.
? 迅速识别客户需求并积极准备报价及协调好订单执行工作。

? May conduct negotiations with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers.
? 有能力应对供应商或制造厂商的谈判工作。



Preferred Qualifications

? Valve or Industrial equipment sales experience.
? 阀门或类似工业设备销售经验
? Technical work experience or Application Engineer background.
? 技术或应用工程师工作背景

Required education, skills and experience:

? At least a bachelor or equivalent through experience.
? 工科背景本科学历

? Generally 2-5 years of experience in related field.
? 相关领域2-5年工作经验

? Strong knowledge of MS Office , prefer the knowledge of ERP systems.
? 熟练使用MS Office软件，有ERP系统操作经验更佳

? Negotiation, mediation and communication skills, Market development skill.
? 具有谈判沟通解决问题的能力，具有市场开发能力

? Self-motivated, team player, and work independently.
? 具有独立工作能力，乐于团队工作，积极主动。

? Languages: Good English communication skill.
