Job Description, mainresponsabilities工作职责:
1.Technical developing for production.
负责生产方面的技术改进。
2.Tools and fixtures design and decide whether to buy
new specification or not and keep updated list of existing fixtures and tools.
负责工装及夹具的设计，决定是否购买新规格，保存并更新现有的工装及夹具列表。
3.Fix process routing and BOM and input on SAP.
负责确定工艺路线及BOM，输入至SAP系统。
4.Make drawing of each operation, keep updated and available for other departments.
负责每步操作的制图，保存并更新。
5.Definition of entering new part numbers on SAP.
负责在SAP系统中输入新零件的编号。
6.Make proposal with standard time in the routings(working cycle).
负责对工艺控制的标准工时提出建议（工作周期）。
7.Support improvement of product quality together with QC department etc.
与质保部门共同对产品及质量进行改进。
8.Maketechnical proposal for variations(Discussed with product manager and sales manager).
负责对技术的改变提出建议(与生产部经理及销售部经理共同探讨)。
9.Establish technical agreement of materials, turning, heat treatment etc with supplier.
负责与供应商建立原材料、车削及热处理的技术合同。
10.Supplierevaluation according to the procedure.
根据公司流程进行供应商评估。
11.Provide the quotation of products.
负责提供产品的价格。
12.Define the feasibility of project.
负责确定项目的可行性
Basic Training/ Skills基本培训/技能：
1.Good knowledge of gears and manufacturing process. (3-5years experience in gear company)
熟悉齿轮及生产流程(有齿轮行业3-5年的相关工作经验)。
2.Good knowledge of drawing software, CAD, mechanical drawings etc.
熟悉制图软件、CAD、技术类制图等。
3.Fluent oral and written English.
流利的英文口语及书写能力。
4.Goodrelationship with colleague.
与同事间有良好的合作关系
Professional qualifications专业资质：
1.College or university degree, mechnical engineer major.
大专或本科学历，机械工程类专业。
