职位描述：
1. Testing/Test Management:
? Responsible for workload estimation of testing
? Responsible for test team management
? Leading the test team to design, implement, optimize the testing process, enrich test methods, introduce new test framework and test strategy
? Communicate and collaborate with other testers, developers or project managers to promote the project actively
? Maintain testing procedures, data statistics and analysis, improve the efficiency and quality of projects

2. Other tasks
? Participate in the design of automatic test framework, the design, implementation and maintenance of automated testing of products
? Build and maintain departmental configuration management environment, making configuration management tools and guide team members to use it Conduct guidance and training of configuration management tools and the configuration management process
- Achieves agreed KPI in term of project delivery result, # of enhancements / suggestions raised and/or accepted by organization; # of incidents whreby the predefined processes are not followed; # of requirements of relevant products are not passed over; % of project delivery plan variance
- Feedback from users regarding the user friendliness of the product / features, overall feelings about the product / features, and the feedback from users regarding the effectiveness / smoothness of the communication.

录用条件：
1. Education
? University graduate
? Fluent English / Mandarin in both oral and writing
2. Working Experience
? Previous experience in bank, insurance or other financial institutions are highly preferred
? Prefer 3years+ testing experience in insruarnce related system.
? Prefer 5years+ testing experience
3. Personal Skill
? Proficient in using QC,ALM,禅道 test management platform.
? Proficient in using LR,QTP,Jmeter etc test tools..
? Rich experiences in testing Lead position and communication skills.
