岗位职责:
1. 项目拍摄及剪辑前熟悉脚本及确定拍摄风格;
2. 有一定的布景及灯光能力;
3. 拍摄前依据脚本编写分镜头;
4. 按照脚本及分镜素材,完成视频的前期拍摄;
5. 利用相关软件完成拍摄素材的剪辑任务;
6. 利用相关软件完成视频的后期特效;
7. 严格按照视频拍摄计划按时提交成片给到客户;
8. 根据客户的意见,进行成片的最终修改;
9. 对视频素材进行整理归档,做好相关备份;
任职要求:
1. 学历要求:专科以上学历;
2. 能独立负责从短片脚本到后期制作的一个完整制作流程;
3. 熟悉各种摄像设备操作、使用以及日常维护;
4. 能够熟练使用相关视频剪辑软件,如premiere pro软件;
5. 能够熟练使用相关视频特效软件;
6. 有微电影拍摄经验优先;
7. 有棚内拍摄经验优先;
8. 平面设计、摄影相关专业优先;
9. 良好审美功底和创新意识,思维活跃,对色彩、构图、镜头语言的表达能力强
10. 对工作认真负责,且充满热情,具有团队合作精神
