职位描述：
Job Scope:
1. Responsible for ensuring the product quality aligned to RAFI requirements, coordinating the product quality activities between purchasing and R&D departments with suppliers.
2. On site quality control if some potential risk is defined, prepare quality improvement plan with suppliers;
3. Conduct periodic supplier quality review meetings to motivate and sustain quality level as defined.
4. Assure quality and production procedure audits at suppliers;
5. Assure technical support to supplier and training of supplier to understand Rafi’s product and specification; Responsible for FA release;
6. Supplier complaints claims and handling
7. Support R&D for the FSA

Education and skill required:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or Electronics engineering or similar
2. Knowledge of quality related tools, such as 8D, SPC, MSA, control plan, FMEA, etc.
3. At least 5 years supplier quality management experience in machining, casting, printing, plastic injection, surface treatment. Related experience in EMS or HMI industry will be a plus.
4. Knowledge of ISO 9001/TS16949 quality management system
5. Outstanding communication skills internally and externally.
6. Fluent spoken and writing ability of English.
7. Can work under pressure

Experience required:
1. At least 5 years supplier quality management experience in machining, casting, printing, plastic injection, surface treatment. Related experience in EMS or HMI industry will be a plus. 举报 分享
