职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for market information collection, research market development direction, including market dynamics, competitive brand trends, competitor’s operation and other related information.
2. Making annual, quarterly and monthly marketing activity plan including product and medium branding.
3. Be responsible for project design and activity planning. Completing scheme report independently.
4. Carrying out activity plan and product plan. Organizing and managing medium and marketing activities.
5. Making E-Commerce plan and development strategy. Be responsible for the implementation of platform operation and promotion.
6. Managing and improving internal and company brand building.

Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above in marketing and related major.
2. More than 5 years’ marketing experience. Excellent ability in word editing, activity plan and channel management. Marketing company experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills. Having a good relationship with medium.
4. Good understanding and knowledge of current trends in digital media/social media.
5. Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude. A team player.
6. Good English.

岗位职责：
1、负责市场信息的收集整理，研究市场的发展方向，包括市场动态、竞争品牌动向、研究同类竞争企业经营动态等相关信息；
2、制定年度、季度、月度市场推广方案，包括品牌推广、产品推广、媒体推广；
3、负责方案设计策划、市场活动策划，独立完成策划方案设计报告的撰写；
4、实施市场推广计划和产品计划，组织和管理公司媒体及市场活动；
5、制定电商营销计划与发展策略，负责电商平台运营规划、市场推广、促销活动策划等方面推广活动的实施；
6、管理和改进公司内部品牌建设。

职能要求：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、5年以上市场推广经验，具备出色的文字功底，以及优秀的市场策划和渠道运作能力，有营销策划公司经验尤佳；
3、优秀的沟通能力，能与社交媒体合作方维护良好的关系；
4、对最新的数字媒体/社交媒体有很好的理解认识；
5、能自我激励，乐观专业的工作态度，具有团队合作精神；
