The role of the Inside Sales will be to provide administrative, business development, and sales support to Sales / Business Development of Transport team in China. The position will work closely with the transport associates in China to provide support and resources with business lead development, sales forecast preparation, sales data analysis, bidding document preparation, travelling with key managers to customers and record meeting minutes, and follow up actions. Preparing, filing and recording important contracts, agreement and document. Arrange and prepare for customer visits to CPI sites. Setting up conference/meetings. Arrange and prepare for trade shows and conference forums. This position will be the main point of contact for customers and OEMs relate to company policy, announcement and events.
This role will initiate and suggest marketing advertising media, and manage the media and conference providers. The Inside Sales will be working closely with Transport tech support team, our distributors in China, and marketing and planning team in Geneva to facilitate the communication and manage key tasks assigned by line manager.
20% To provide administrative, business development, and sales support to Sales/Business Development of Transport team in China. 30% To travel with key managers to customers, OEMs and distributors and to record meeting minutes, and follow up actions. Preparing, filing and recording important contracts, agreement and document. Arrange and prepare for customer visits to CPI sites.
35% Setting up conference/meetings. Arrange and prepare for trade shows and conference forums. Prepare samples for demo and trade shows. Prepare document for customer inquiries. Preparing bidding document for distributors, OEMs and customers.
To be the main point of contact for customers and OEMs relate to company policy, announcement and events.
10% This role will initiate and suggest marketing advertising media, and manage the media and conference providers. The Inside Sales will be working closely with Transport tech support team, our distributors in China, and marketing and planning team in Geneva to facilitate the communication and manage key tasks assigned by line manager.
5% Support, manage, and provide assistance as directed by line manager
