Job Duty:
Have a deep understanding of company structure. Could provide consultation to all levels of employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency.
Play an integral part in the employee insights process from administration to result communication and action planning. Drive employee engagement.
Be a cultural stewardship in the facility, integrating cultural values in the day-to-day business activities and supporting the team to be more innovate.
Manage facility level learning program and initiatives, own the whole campus learning plan. Research information and new material to be used in updating and developing new course presentations, practical tests and associated assessments. Develops new training processes and customizes existing training and development programs.
Incumbent advises, as internal consultant, supervisors and employees on various training activities, development programs. Consults with and counsels management on organizational, technical, performance and managerial issues and problems. Recommends training, involvement strategies, development activities, etc. to improve effectiveness of all levels of employees.
Lead leadership development programs by understanding key business partners needs and proactively act on those needs by searching and organizing internal and external resources.
Manage CTAP at facility level.
Manage general services team in the facility, which includes shuttle bus, cafeteria, office administration, etc.
Beyond the completion of its own work, the position assigns and reviews the day to day work of other subordinates as well as providing developing and mentoring.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
The position typically requires a college or university degree.
Three to five years of job-related experience on learning, leadership development and career planning are typically required.
Knowledge and understanding of current training delivery, training needs analysis and training material production techniques is an asset.
Jobholder initiates communication with others outside immediate work group to work on new ideas or to counsel others, etc.
Leadership experience is preferred.
