职位描述：
Job Responsibilities（工作职责）:
-在日常工作中合理运用ACE，EHS等工具Properly implement ACE, EHS tool during daily work.
-确保所有的维修工作都遵守上海发动机中心的质量程序要求Ensure all the repair activities comply with Shanghai Engine Center’s quality procedure requirement.
-根据PW GSP 维修标准工作要求，开发新修理Developing new repairs followed with PW GSP repair process standard work requirement
-为维修产品的技术数据或维修程序提供明确的指导Providing clarification instruction on technical data or repair process to repair production
-确保工卡上技术数据的实时更新 Keeping the work instruction with the latest version of technical data.
-有对相关修理零件的自制工具的评估和批准能力 Evaluating and approving self-make tooling related with repair activities.
-对新设备的功能及技术规范提供技术支持 Supporting for new equipment procurement on function and specification definition.
-对偏差修理能与OEM/客户支持/PPE共同合作，例如CDR。Working with OEM / customer support / PPE on repair deviations approval such as CDR.
-能对修理过程提供支持和开发改进，通过简化工作，工具及设备的设计与改进 Supporting and developing process improvement through innovative setup reduction, work simplification, tools/equipment design/modifications.
-对质量调查与改进活动提供支持 Supporting for quality investment and improvement activities
-对质量审核提供支持 Supporting for quality auditing.
-有附件的CAAC放行证书 Release the repaired mechanical components with the CAAC certificate.
-主管安排的其他工作 Other duties assigned by supervisor.
    
Basic qualifications required for the Job (录用及就职条件):
-5年以上的航空机械零部件维修经验 Over 5 years work experience on aviation mechanical components repair experience
-熟悉CMM手册 Familiar with CMM manual
-持有CAAC MEC执照并具有机械部件维修放行的经验 Hold CAAC MEC license and has the mechanical components repair final release experience.
-良好的英语水平，能够明白日常技术数据以及操作其他常规任务 Good English skills to understand the related technical data and perform other daily tasks
-良好的个人技能以及团队协作 Good interpersonal skills and team player.
-工程，航空业或相关专业的大专及以上 College in Engineering , Aeronautics or similar degree. 举报 分享

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

公司目前拥有300名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
