KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowing well and implement the process and operation procedure of agency/broker business;
- Be able to develop the business cooperation relationship with specified agents & brokers as well as maintain accordingly
- Consistently achieve the production budget;
- Consistently review the business/production with agency/broker
- Deliver business development strategy and related action plans with good implementation and follow up through;
- Closely follow up the cases and keep update for the major accounts with 100k premium
- Prepare weekly report for his/her area timely
- Keep the healthy and effective communication with internal and external;
- To be systemic work and time management, clear up the document/policy timely
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years of related working experience in developing business with agent and broker;
- Strong background in business development in foreign insurance company;
- Have a thorough understanding of client/project management & agents management in day-to-day work;
- Competent in reporting, planning and development;
- Good communication and negotiation skill, experienced in working with internal and external channel;
- Be open-minded;
- Good learning ability
- Ability to work independently and ability to work under pressure;
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in spoken and written in English is essential
