职位描述：
? To be responsible for new product layout and structure design based on fan application
? To be responsible for the validation of new fan design and application
? Set up engineering drawing and BOM configurtation
? Ensures design, testing, reliability and validation plans are developed to verify the suitability of the product to meet customer requirements;
? Follow engineering design process and product release procedures;
? Work with application engineer, electronics engineer, motor engineer etc to optimize the existing fan design
? Involve in prototype and sample building
? Provide technical support to cross-functional team
? Technical contact person for customers,suppliers and internal other sections
? Be responsible for HSE internally

? Bachelor Degree or above in mechnicals or related
? Familiar with TS16949/ APQP/GD&T/DFMEA process or engineering method

? Excellent communication skills, and fluent English both in writing and speaking
? Good Skills on Catia/Solid works, MS Office software
? Knowledge of manufacturing, plastic injection, stamping, die casting, and assembly process

? 4+ years working experience in mechanical design, fan design experience preferred
? Automative climate seat design experience preferred
