1．负责起草、制定、修订公司规章制度；
2．负责员工档案的建立及行政人事资料的保管工作；
3．负责公司考勤统计与薪资核算；
4．负责公司相关员工绩效考核的组织、实施和总结；
5．负责拟定公司招聘计划、开展招聘工作、完成招聘计划；
6．负责公司社保、公积金等的缴纳工作；
7．负责员工劳动合同的签定、签发、保管工作；
8． 负责公司各项人事制度的传达，实施和检查；
9． 负责规划、执行员工的培训工作；
10．稳固公司与员工的关系，及时向各部门领导了解员工异动， 以最大程度减少劳资纠纷，维护企业健康和谐发展；
11．负责企业年会的策划和组织开展工作；
12．负责企业办公用品的采购、保管、发放工作；
13．负责组织和招开公司职工代表大会；
