We are seeking to appoint an office assistant intern in our Shanghai Office. The role is wide-ranging and mutti-tasking, and needs someone with energy, enthusiasm whose :

Job Responsibility

Admin 30%
1. Pick-Up the incoming calls when necessary 5%
2. Welcome visitors when necessary 5%
3. Courier, mail delivery 5%
4. Arrange business trip for the colleagues 5%
5. Other administration tasks assigned by superviosr 10%

Finance 70%
1. Issuance, Tracking and Purchase Invoices 10%
2. AR & AP process assistance 50%
3. Data entries and maintenance in ERP system 10%

We hope the candidate is
1. Have strong responsibility, honest and have passion in the job.
2. Good communication skills, speak and write in English and Chinese.
3. Apply skilled application well such as office software.
4. Have long-term intern plan in the company at least 1 year. Freshman is also welcomed
