职位描述
1、保持公司与客户间的良好合作关系
2、领导团队进行全面的客户管理及项目管理
3、精准把握客户的发展目标、战略、预算和服务需求等
4、对客户提出的建议、计划、方案和最终价格进行分析和确定
5、根据客户需求制定战略方案
6、管理和监督项目的整体进度
7、对项目的质量、时间及预算开支进行控制
8、带领团队开发新业务及维护现有客户及业务

资格要求:
(A)教育背景要求:
4年全日制大学本科以上,市场营销、工商管理或工业/工程设计专业
(B)工作经验要求:
1、 至少5年以上在广告/快速消费品行业的市场营销、销售、客服或设计/广告经验。
2、 至少3年的团队管理经验
(C)技能要求:
1、项目管理
2、优秀的沟通能力、营销能力及口头表达能力
3、能够将客户的“想法“变成现实
4、具备团队领导能力和强有力的管理技巧
5、能够有多种方案解决时间紧迫和客户期望差距的问题
6、良好的英文书写和语言交流能力
7、熟练操作电脑的能力
8、良好的形象、礼貌的态度和开朗的性格

Main Responsibilities:
(1) Represents company to customer
(2) Manages creative team and all client projects
(3) Responsible for communicating to company, client's objectives, strategy, budget, service requirements
(4) Writes client proposals, plans, case studies and approves final client pricing
(5) Generates and creates strategic concepts for client
(6) Manages project from concept to final delivery
(7) Accountable for quality, deadlines and budget parameters
(8) Leads business development for new & existing customers
Organization Structure
President => Account Director => Account Manager & Creative Manager
Qualification Requirements:
(A) Education Background:
University Graduate - 4 Year course majoring in Marketing, Business or Industrial/Design Engineering
(B) Working Experience:
(1) At least 5 years working in marketing, sales, client services for premium, design, advertising and/or FMCG company.
(2) At least 3 years of managerial and/or team leadership experience
(C) Skills:
(1) Project management
(2) Exceptional Communication, sales, presentation skills
(3) Able to translate client's 'ideas' into reality
(4) Team leadership and strong management skills
(5) Able to multi-task on tight deadlines and manage customer's expectations
(6) Oral and written English fluency
(7) Microsoft literate
(8) Presentable, good manners and 'fun' personality
(D)Other Key Performance Expectations:
1.Mandarin spoken/written advantageous
2.Relationships
a.Internal:Supply Chain Management, Finance
b.External:Customers, Licensors, Suppliers
