职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-General VM
?Plan, implement and monitor ECCO VM principles in assigned dealer region including east, central, southwest & south
?Coordinate and plan VM support for all new/refit/relocation shop openings in assigned dealer region
?Regularly update VM data for all shops in assigned dealer region
?Support with VM related aspects on all marketing driven retail activations activities, road show, event and conference
?Spot possible improvement in ECCO’s VM principles
?Manage on VM reward program to ensure the on time delivery of result & reward

-POS Material (POSM) and display
?Coordinate and execute seasonal POSM for all in-store POSM in assigned region accordingly to the flowchart
?Coordinate all unstandardized instore POSM design with design shops (outlets/outdoor/kids/LG and brown shoes shop) in assigned region
?Assist and support dealers in special VM programs
?Regularly update the distribution plan for POSM

-Training
?Assist in developing the monthly VM guidelines accordingly to the flowchart
?Regularly execute shop visit to implement VM assessment report
?Follow-up on the assessment report and ensure on-site VM training
?Provide in-store staff training
?Consolidate monthly VM report from each shops and provide feedback to each report
?Ensure regularly feedback from shop staff on the VM matter and plan action accordingly

-Monthly internal reports
?VM project update
?VM guideline follow up report
?Business trip plans and shop visit report
?Shop opening update

REQUIREMENTS
-Education
Diploma in Art/Design or relevant Majors
-Experience
3 years of experience with international brand preferred
-Mobility/Travel
Business Travel required
-Language
Workable in English
-Optional competencies

?Outgoing, self-motivated and positive
?Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and team work
